GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Policy
Dandelion Weatherstone CIC will hold customers’ names, addresses and waist sizes of knickers ordered. These details at times will be provided by Amazon or another selling platform, but either way they will be kept on our database for one year. The database is password protected and the IT we use has up-to-date anti-viral software.
We will not share your data with anyone other than to pass your name and address onto a courier.
You have the right to request to see the information we hold on you, to correct an error, to demand it to be removed from our database, or to withdraw consent at any point for us to share your name and address with a courier. There is no charge for this. Please apply to Ash in writing and we will respond within one calendar month.
We will shred any sensitive printed information.
You can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at www.ico.org.uk at any time. We will notify the ICO if there is a personal data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we will notify the customers that this affects within the same time frame.
You have the right to a judicial remedy.
We will review our GDPR policy annually.
Returns Policy
1)An Item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
2) The buyer pays the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged at the point of sale, in which case the buyer will receive a full refund of outward and return shipping as well as the cost of the item, or a return shipping refund and a replacement item.
3) A returned item will be inspected and a refund or replacement will only be made once we are satisfied that the item has not been soiled by the customer. The item must be returned with the hygiene label on if it is a non-fault exchange.
4) A refund will be issued within seven days of inspection.
5) This does not affect your Statuary Consumer Rights.
